Dr. White is Medical Director of KI.N.D.E.Rx. Clinic located at The Council on Alcohol and Drugs Houston and successful business woman. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Medical School. A graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine and native of Detroit, Michigan, Dr. White also sits on the Board of Waymaker Life Strategies, Inc., a non-profit organization that empowers people with knowledge for successful living by providing education enrichment services to children and families beyond school hours. She also serves on the Board of Depelchin Children's Center whose mission is to strengthen the lives of children and their families by providing a continuum of services to prevent and resolve social and emotional crisis. She was recognized in 2006 as the Citizen of the Year by Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity Incorparted for her continued work in the Houston Community and is herself a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She is married to Kacy and has three wonderful children.
